SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 1–3 business days

  • International: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, customs, and location.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.

DELAYS & ISSUES

Hilucid is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If your package is delayed, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
